We build one-of-a-kind custom wood slab furniture

Mori is the Japanese word meaning big forest. Our tables are Inspired by the work of the great Japanese/American woodworker George Nakashima. All of our furniture is crafted to evoke warmth, comfort and inner calm. We practice an unhurried work method based on a deep reverence for each wood slab, and an overall approach of discipline and patience. The finishes used highlight the unique characteristics found in each piece of furniture we produce.
